Return Process

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to initiate a return authorization.
- 2.Provide Evidence
For damaged cases, discs, or apparel, please attach clear photographs of the defects to help us expedite your replacement or refund.
- 3.Pack Securely
Once approved, place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer to prevent further damage during the transit back to our warehouse.
- 4.Receive Resolution
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement copy.
